Referral Partner: End-to-End Process

Sign-Up as a Referral Partner on RNR. 

Submit to appropriate roles on RNR. Include candidate's resume and contact information. 

RNR Team will manage your referrals throughout the whole recruitment process. An Account Manager will provide you with candidate updates. 

Upon successful placement, payment will be released within 30 days of your referral's start date. The RNR Team will coordinate payment details with you.
